AZARA TO OPEN ON ATLANTA’S EASTSIDE BELTLINE, BLENDING GLOBAL FLAVORS WITH WELLNESS AND LONGEVITY

The new Old Fourth Ward restaurant brings Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin influences together in an earth-to-table menu designed to nourish body, mind, and community.

ATLANTA, GA — November 14, 2025 — Azara, a new physician-founded restaurant inspired by the world’s longevity hotspots—regions where people live well into their 90s and beyond through nutrient-rich diets, strong community, and active lifestyles—is set to celebrate its grand opening on Friday, November 21, on Atlanta’s Eastside BeltLine in Old Fourth Ward.

Located at
550 Somerset Terrace NE, Suite 102, Atlanta, GA 30306, and situated between New Realm Brewery and Illuminarium Atlanta, Azara offers three experiences under one roof: a bistro and coffee bar, a full-service restaurant, and a retractable rooftop patio and bar overlooking the Atlanta skyline.

Founded by local Atlanta physician Dr. Raj Pandya, Azara was created to bring the principles of longevity into a restaurant setting—through vibrant, nutrient-rich dishes, thoughtfully designed spaces, and a dining experience centered on connection and community.

The menu emphasizes small, shareable plates that draw on ingredients celebrated in longevity hotspots around the world—such as Sardinian olive oil, Ikarian herbs, Okinawan sweet potatoes, and Nicoyan whole grains—brought together through Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin culinary traditions. Each area of the restaurant—the bistro, main dining room, and rooftop—offers its own distinct menu, all grounded in Azara’s globally inspired approach.

Guided by an Earth-to-Table philosophy, Azara prioritizes fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, crafting dishes designed to support well-being without sacrificing flavor.

“As a physician, my goal has always been to transform the way people think about food. At Azara, we’re showing that food that’s good for you can also taste incredible. Our guests will enjoy vibrant, delicious dishes in an elevated yet approachable environment,” said Dr. Raj Pandya.

Beyond the menu, Azara is designed as a gathering place for connection and community. The restaurant will host live music, community dinners, educational talks, and networking events—helping build a culture around longevity that extends beyond the plate.

“In every longevity culture, community is just as essential as the food. That’s the heart of Azara—creating moments where people can connect, unwind, and feel part of something meaningful,” said Dr. Raj Pandya.

Azara’s design is central to its identity, blending craftsmanship, warmth, and global inspiration throughout its spaces. The restaurant partnered with Atlanta-based Lotus Design Group to create an environment that feels both elevated and welcoming, with custom lighting, woodwork, and architectural details sourced directly from artisans across the Mediterranean. A standout feature is the rooftop patio, which includes a fully retractable awning and sliding windows, allowing the space to open to the outdoors in pleasant weather while remaining usable year-round and offering one of the most scenic skyline views in the city.

Salih Ozgurdal, Azara’s Operating Partner, said, “Our goal was to create a space that feels elevated yet welcoming at every moment of the day. Guests can stop in for coffee in the morning, enjoy a light lunch at the bistro, return for dinner and live music, and finish their evening with a glass of wine on our rooftop patio overlooking the city.”

Azara opens Friday, November 21, with morning bistro service and dinner and rooftop service offered each evening; full hours and reservations are available at www.azaraatl.com.
